What is an e Visa / Online visa India?

Indian E-Visa online is an electronic travel authorisation for the purposes of a recreation trip, medical visit or a commercial and business trip to India.

Given India's popularity as a tourist, medical destination, and business destination, the government has made it easier for visitors to enter the country. There are currently three different sorts of Electronic Indian Visas available: India E Visa (Indian Visa Online) for Tourism, which includes Yoga, Meeting Family and Friends, Indian E Visa for Business, and Indian E Visa for Medical Treatment.

This is the most convenient type of visa for India, since you may apply from the comfort of your own home. You may pay online, obtain your India E Visa (Indian Visa Online) by email, and travel to the airport. You do not need to visit the Indian embassy, the Government of India office, or courier your passport.

All visitors to India must have a valid visa. India has recently allowed citizens of more than 160 countries to get an e-Visa which they can apply for online.
