Can Seychelles citizens extend a 30-day tourist e-visa in India?
No, the Indian e-visa can only be utilized for the specified term. Tourist e-visas will be valid for 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days of visit.
It is not possible to extend a stay with an India e-Visa.
If you want to stay longer in India, you'll need to depart temporarily and apply for a new e-visa before returning. This is frequently faster and easier than applying for an extension of a different type of visa.
Although e-Visas cannot be renewed, certain types of Indian visas may be extended.
If you have any of the following long-term visas, you can apply for an extension from within India:
- Work visa
- Residence permit
- Student visa
