Yes. Kyrgyzstani citizens need a visa for India.  India introduced an electronic visa system in 2014 to facilitate the application process for many eligible countries, including Kyrgyzstan. There are three types of e-Visa for India for Kyrgyzstani citizens - tourist, business, and medical.

Tourist Visa is a single entry permit valid for 120 days and permits a stay of 30 days. The remaining two visas: Business Visa (triple entries) and Medical Visa (Multiple entries) are permits allowing the holder to visit India multiple times and stay for 60 to 180 days, valid for at least 6 months from the issued date. 

Kyrgyzstani citizens can apply for an Indian e-Visa online. Simply click Online Indian Visa, complete the application form, and pay the cost with a credit or debit card. Once accepted, your e-visa will be emailed straight to you. This simplified approach eliminates the need for paper forms, making acquiring an Indian visa easier for Kyrgyzstani citizens

Indian visas from Kyrgyzstan are often obtained within 3-4 business days. In rare circumstances, rush processing may be attempted. It is advised that you apply for an India visa at least four days before your trip.

After receiving the electronic India Visa (Indian e-Visa) by email, you can save it on your phone or print it off and bring it to the airport in person. There is no need to visit the Indian consulate or embassy at any stage of this process.
