The Indian High Commission is one of 108 foreign representations in Sri Lanka, 101 in the city of Colombo, and 250 Indian diplomatic and consular missions overseas.
In addition to its High Commission in Colombo, India maintains three additional representations in Sri Lanka. These missions include consulates in Jaffna and Hambantota, as well as a deputy high commission in Kandy.
Sri Lanka has four representatives in India. The representations comprise a high commission in New Delhi, consulates in Bangalore and Mumbai, and a deputy high commission in Chennai.
