Does an Indian Visa for Mexican citizens need a visa if coming by cruise ship?

Yes. Mexican citizens will need an eVisa if they travel to India by cruise ship. Entry by cruise ship is allowed through 5 designated seaports including Mumbai, Chennai, Cochin, Goa and Mangalore.
